ELL

Students at Crosswinds who come with a primary language other than English may receive instruction in small group Language Arts — English Language Learners (ELL) classes taught by an ELL teacher. The ELL-Language Arts classes follow the curriculum of the mainstream Language Arts classes and the students receive Language Arts credit for the class. In addition, the ELL teacher works with the inclusion model, which provides support for ELL students in their mainstream classes.
