Meeting Dates, Agendas, Meeting Summaries

The Site Council meets at the school approximately nine times per year, usually on the second Tuesday of each month that school is in session. Meetings are usually from about 5:30-8:00 p.m. An agenda is prepared for every meeting and a meeting summary is approved at the subsequent meeting. Agendas and summaries will be posted online as they become available. The calendar of meetings for the year will be published in January.

Ground rules for discussion are printed on every agenda:

1. Listen to understand one another.
2. Honor time commitments as set in the agenda.
3. Honor the confidentiality of the meeting.
4. Speak respectfully, briefly and to the point.
5. Set clear expectations around the agenda.
