Technical Assistance

Staff from EMID's Office of Equity and Integration provide technical assistance to member district administrators and teacher leaders to design and implement district and site level plans that inlcude policies designed to institutionalize culturally proficient practices that have a direct impact on student learning. In addition, we work with member district staffs to navigate both quantitative and qualitative data in an effort to identify existing programs that are meeting the intended learning outcomes for all students, as well as those that need revision, adaptation, or elimination.
